Skin Care Resources Varicose Veins We have been treating small, unsightly spider leg veins for over 15 years, but in the last few years have begun to include the treatment of larger varicose veins as well. For those of you unfamiliar with this technique, it is known as "sclerotherapy." Sclerotherapy involves the careful injection of a special solution into the vein.
