Neuromodulators (Dysport and botox) are great for wrinkles around the eyes and forehead but do not help cheek wrinkles. Fillers (Voluma and Restylane) can be used in the upper cheeks to create more fullness and lift the cheek. Fillers are also excellent for treating deep lines between the cheek and lip, known as the naso labial creases. Sculptra works great in the cheek area and can be used in both the upper and lower cheeks to soften cheek wrinkles.
Treatments such as microdermabrasion, 1540 non ablative fractionated laser and Venus Viva can also help to soften cheek wrinkles especially in conjunction with the above treatments.
