The vertical lines between the eyebrows, the so called “eleven lines” can easily be treated and a beneficial side effect to that treatment can be a gentle lifting of the eyebrows which is desirable in most cases.
The horizontal lines of the forehead can also be treated but too much treatment can lead to undesirable results. The muscles that raise the eyebrows cause the lines on the forehead. Neuromodulators inhibit the muscle action to stop the wrinkles from forming. If those muscles that raise the brows are over treated in an effort to eliminate the wrinkles it will cause the brows to drop which looks unnatural and even worst than the original wrinkles.
