New Practice Manager!
Dermatology Consultants (DC) has a new Practice
Manager. Welcome Cassie White! Cassie has been with DC for six months. Cassie went to Tarrant County Community College for two years and studied Fashion Design
She went to Westwood College in Fort Worth and completed a Medical Assistant program. Cassie worked in neurology for a year and then at a nephrology practice for eight and a half years before joining Dermatology Consultants.
When asked what she liked best about her previous job, she said, “I liked working with the patients. We saw our patients every three months and formed good relationships with them.” She also claims that she is a Vampire and likes drawing blood!
A little known fact about Cassie is she was on her High School Rodeo team and was Rodeo Queen her Junior and Senior year. She was also a darn good barrel racer!
Other fun facts: Pink is her favorite color (at the moment), Game of Thrones is her favorite TV show and her favorite shopping web site is www.jane.com. She has two cats and a dog.
The best part about working at Dermatology Consultants for Cassie is the opportunity to be in a new field and learn about Dermatology. She is drawn to the invasive surgical procedures the most (there is that Vampire coming out again). She also loves working with the other staff members. Her least favorite part is dealing with solicitation calls (good answer!)
When Cassie is not at work she is spending time with her family and involved with her church. She loves crafting and re-purposing old furniture. She enjoys painting and redecorating her home.
